Good product, bad packaging

i like this product, but honestly the packaging is pretty bad and not practical. i bought the value size at 33.8 oz and the plastic is too thick and stiff to actually squeeze out of the cap. so i have to twist the cap off completely and dump it out. this often leads to product spilling on the shower floor which is a huge waste (extremely unpleasant for a product so expensive). also the orange and white label peels almost immediately. so there’s constantly orange and white plastic all over my shower. good product, bad design.

This is pretty good! It's smells INCREDIBLE! And makes your hair so so so soooo soft!!! 10/10 recommend

Left my hair a tangled mess

I wanted to love this because I love their hair oil, I could not get a comb through my wet hair after using it. I ended up returning it. This was the first time I’ve ever felt the need to return a used product.

10/10 stars if I could

I have naturally dark BLACK (almost blue) hair with waves. I’m asian but don’t have the sleek straight hair type and this does not leave any type of “film” on my hair- unlike other reviews on here. Due to my hair color, i’m cautious as to what i put on my hair because you can see it all. This conditioner should have a subscription option because i’d subscribe. Thank you to this company for keeping my hair frizz free with a simple shower - no serums needed!!!!

A pass

This conditioner doesn’t work all that well for my color-treated naturally curly hair and it doesn’t smell very nice.

I need this forever

Need. I moved somewhere with slightly harder water and I had bleached hair. I couldn’t brush it at all, it hurt so much. This whole line was the only way I could brush through my hair. I tried salon only brands too. Only this worked. Been using it for 3 years now

so i’ve only used this product once so that’s the only reason i’m giving it 4 stars so far. but after just one use my hair is already SOO much softer and easier to comb through.

Love for my long hair!

Loved this for my long wavy hair! Left it so soft and hydrated. Only downside is its expensive, especially if you have a lot of hair! I go through it quickly. But always find myself re-purchasing. Smells amazing also!

It’s a no from me

I got a sample of this and the matching shampoo. They left my hair frizzy and my roots were oily.

Best thing ever

This has to be the best purchase I have made for my hair! Rehydrated within one wash, it’s silky smooth after every wash! A little really goes a long way for this one.

Left a residue despite additional rinsing. Used it 3x and will not use it again

dude. this stuff smells amazing and made my hair so soft. I use this with the bumble gentle shampoo and my hair is so soft and my waves are coming back nicely even though i have an old haircut.
