It was okay

It was alright. With retinol it takes a while to see a difference so I’m not sure how effective it is. At the very least, it did not irritate my skin so that was a plus.

Got this as a free sample.I really did enjoy the texture of this serum! Don't know how it will do long-term yet since I just received a sample, but my skin absorbed it amazingly!

Thank you Lancomé and Influenster, for the opportunity to test out this product. I received this product in exchange for my honest review. When I received this sample size (not even a deluxe sample, and if it is.... really, guys?) I was immediately worried about the effectiveness of such a small amount. I believe 3ml was the total amount of cream. It does feel really nice applying it and left my skin supple and soft each time. There was not any negative reaction from the Retinol or anything else in the cream. My skin took to it really well. Due to the small amount given, I feel as though I was not able to fully test the product as it barely got me to 2 weeks. Maybe it was a user error, in which case this would be one time a high price point would be worth it. While a small amount for application does go a decent way, it is not stretching 3ml to go for 4 weeks. Sadly. My skin definitely appeared smoother and more plump, and there was some blurring of fine lines as well. I couldn't test to see if it actually got rid of fine lines and wrinkles.

Not safe for acne prone skin

Not my favorite. It’s perfumed which isn’t terrible but I would prefer it without any scent. The texture was nice and easy to rub in. The ingredients have a few pore cloggers so I wouldn’t use this regularly since I have acne prone skin. It’s also super expensive.

Nice texture, strong scent

Dior Capture Total Retishot has a very pleasant texture and it sinks in the sink. It comes in aluminum packaging making it easy to get all the product out. It has a penetrating perfumey scent that was hard to ignore. I don’t know what percentage of retinol it has but it seems to be low, perhaps for a beginner.

Surprised and Pleased!

I used the Dior Retishot cream for a total of 6 weeks before writing this review and noticed a good difference in the fine lines around my eyes and my forehead. It took my skin a couple of weeks to adjust to the retinol, but it was much less so than with other creams. Overall, I would recommend this cream to anyone looking for a good retinol cream.

Pleasant

The texture is light and the fragrance is nice, it’s non greasy and well absorbed. As for the effectiveness can’t day much as this amount was not enough for the course.

Easy to use

The Dior capture Totale Retishot is great for skin renewal and refine skin texture. I definitely enjoyed using it and saw a visible difference in my skin texture. My pores are visible smaller, my complexion is brighter and uneven skin tone is better

Top tier

I have used MANY retinols over the years and this one is the best one I’ve used TO DATE. I have always had an affinity for Dior skincare. I find that it not only is a well known brand but they do everything that they promise. This retinol I love for many reasons. My favorite reason and the first thing I noticed was that it absorbed almost instantly into my skin. It left my skin feeling soft and silky smooth but not oily or greasy. It has a very nice light fragrance that I find with almost all Dior skincare products. The chrome packaging looks great on my vanity with my lineup of other Dior products and my skin looks better now at 37 then it did at 25! It’s absolutely glowing, smooth and radiant

Small but mighty

I really like this product, it has a good texture and did not dry out my face given retinol can sometimes be harsh on the skin. I would like more information on the % of active ingredients, etc. but also it’s hard to tell the long term effectiveness with a small sample.
