Farewell Frizz™ - Smoothing Shampoo

I have been so interested in testing out rice shampoo. My hair is very fine and gets oily pretty easily so I have been looking for something to give it a deep clean once a week. This stuff works amazing and leaves my hair SO SOFT and stays actually clean for days. Will be getting this again when mine runs out

Lots of build up, although, was able to smell nice.

Definitely NOT it

I have an oily scalp & dry, frizzy hair, after hearing such great reviews of Briogeo I decided to give this a try. This was THE biggest disappointment. It does not lather & has a watery texture. I wash my hair twice but with this product, you have to go in more times just to feel like your scalp & hair are cleansed. It has a faint pleasant fragrance but it leaves my hair feeling a lot drier than usual and doesn't tame the frizz much either. Not going back for this shampoo for sure

A must if your looking for a natural product

I’m so glad I tried this shampoo it did not disappoint. I love the how clean it feels. The shampoo is not thick consistency, but looks like watery milk. My type of hair is thick and not too oily. This product feels very natural compared to the products at retailers stores. You really can’t compare.

it’s okay.

i’ve bin using it 4 weeks.didn’t give me the results i expected. sometimes leaves a greasy residue on my hair and i noticed my scalp getting more greasy wouldve returned

I wish I could give 0 stars to this product. It feels like water and made my hair super greasy. I used to be able to go 3 days in between washes but with this shampoo I had to wash my hair almost everyday and shampoo 3 times instead of 2. Save your money and buy another shampoo for the same price.

Just a shampoo

I was expecting to really enjoy this since I had received a sample and liked it. But it’s just like any other shampoo. I do find it’s difficult to lather unless I start with a clarifying shampoo. It’s not bad it’s just not life changing.

Give it a few tries

Oh honey this is it. I was nervous to try it at first because of the negative reviews but I love Briogeo so decided to give it a chance. At first I thought it was drying but after using it consistently my hair has honestly never been smoother. I have fine curly hair gifted to me by my father’s Irish roots and nothing has ever tamed the frizz like this does. Give it a few tries before you knock it and I recommend using in conjunction with a hydrating conditioner. I will be stocking up during the sale!

After using this product, it has help my fizziness so much, that I don’t have to use other frizz free products! 10/10

I don’t see any difference after using the product for quite a few weeks.

not worth the price but not awful

this shampoo, like a lot of briogeo shampoos, is very watery. it still lathers up nicely and cleans hair pretty well. not sure if it actually helps with frizz but since it has clean ingredients, it should increase hair health which will reduce frizz

Didn’t fork for me

Didn’t work for me. I have psoriasis on my scalp, and a lot of drugstore shampoos cause extreme breakouts of flaking on my scalp. I have been using Verb Ghost shampoo, and honestly it had been great, but I wanted a more hydrating shampoo, so I tried the Briogeo shampoo. I used it 2 times over a week, and got one of the worst breakouts in my life. Literally my scalp is so dry and flaky, it’s hurting me. Anyway last night I washed my hair with Verb Ghost again, and boom, the psoriasis is gone. Definitely sad this product didn’t work for me because it really did make my hair very shiny..
