Stick With Night Cream!

I purchased this with the night cream version as well. While the night cream preforms like a dream, this day cream almost immediately begins to pill, especially when layered with other skincare items. Such a disappointment, as I love the scent, texture, and the subtle glow it gives the skin when first applied. The only way I have found to get around this problem is if I apply it after washing and drying my face, with no other products (toner or serum) applied beneath it, and if I don’t disturb or touch my face at all after it has set. Even then, it pills and flakes slightly near my hair-line and around my jaw, but it’s at least a bit more manageable than when I try to layer it with other products. Skip this! Go for the night cream version.

Magic

I'm 49 years old and just started getting fine lines under my eyes and around my mouth. I got this as a gift package with the red train case, so I'm not sure if it's this moisturizer or the night eye and face serum but after using Peach and Lily for a month, tried this and in 2 days of using it my fine under eye lines disappeared. Maybe it's the combination of both the products but although I love Peach and Lily glass serum as far as smoothing and brightening my face, estee lauder actually plumped/hydrated my skin up enough that the lines vanished. After 2 days. Four applications a.m. and p.m of the moisturizer and two applications of the night serums. Highly recommend. Worth the price

Expensive and Balls up

While the moisturizer does a great job at leaving your face soft, a million other moisturizers do the same without balling up with any other product. For $95 you would think this crappy moisturizer would be compatible with a simple serum. But it’s not so do not waste your money buying it.

Peel Badly

I tried to love this creme but it failed. This product starts balling -up after it's applied immediately with pretty much everything, even the creme itself. No matter how thin I applied. Estee Lauder could do better to make a such pricey product. Very disappointed.

if it’s not broke, don’t fix it Estée Lauder!!

Practically all of these reviews are for the original resilience cream which was great. I don’t understand why they change something that is so good and make it worse. I’ve been using this for two years and I recently received a sample and the new version is not as good and the eye cream is even worse! I guess I’m going to switch back to Lacome Renergie Lift. I like the smell better with Estee Lauder‘s night cream but Lancome works like Estée Lauder original Resilience night cream. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it Estée Lauder!!

Goes on smooth but quickly starts pilling. Yuck.

I wish I could like this more because it leaves a barely there glow to my skin but it definitely pills and I have to spend another 5 minutes picking at the pilling at my jaw.

I have very oily skin and never wore daily moisturizers. I tried numerous brands but none controlled my excess oil. I bought a few travel size cremes to try and help avoid or at least delay the natural aging. This face and neck creme is amazing. My make up lasts all day, it smells amazing and my skin feels fantastic. Great buy!

Balls up with everything

I have used quite a few of EL's products and this is the first one that I dislike to the core... I got it as a gift for an online purchase, and surprisingly found it balls up with pretty much everything, even the toner from the same brand. Since it is a gift, there is nothing I can do but I just want to put it out there so people can be aware of this. Btw I am 30yo and have combo skin.

11/10 would recommend if it wasn’t so expensive. i got a sample size from a sample bag that my cousin gave me & its very moisturizing & hydrating to the skin. good for normal/combination skin!!

Not sensitive skin friendly

Wanted to love this product. Unfortunately, after one use, my neck developed a dry patch that lasted for several days. Use caution if you have sensitive skin.

Overpowering fragrance, unimpressive results, not enough sun protection. Did not return, but will not repurchase and do not recommend.
