I've been using this for about two weeks and I am completely obsessed. My overall skin texture, tone, and firmness are vastly improved in only a short amount of time. I am a loyal botox and skin treatment (microneedling, peels, lasers) enthusiast and rarely have any faith in topical products, but this works. I have sensitive skin prone to allergies, but I experienced no adverse side effects with this serum and quickly jumped into daily use. Seems like it will last a while as a little goes a long way. I would say this is an effective, gentle alternative to tretinoin.

I have sensitive acne prone skin and this is literally the only retinol my skins can tolerate. My skin is soft, clear, and looks the best is has in probably a decade and a half. If they ever discontinue this product I will hoard it like a doomsday prepper.

Love a Retinol Safe for Sensitive Skin

Destroyed my Skin

I tried this all spring and summer and it really destroyed me. I've always had good skin. I feel lucky considering how I've looked all summer. I started using it in the spring after my wedding and it completely ruined my glowing skin and my skin barrier is so destroyed. I get the worst comments from people about how painful it looks. Just feel god awful these days and my confidence is wrecked. Never using retinol again. Let me age. Just please let me look normal again. Feels like I'm never going to see the light of day again. Literally. Because I don't even want to leave the house. I tried to go slow. I only used it twice per week. I only used a pea size amount. I thought this was safe for my sensitive skin. It's the harshest thing I've ever used. I'd rather use a scrub with real pumice stones as it would probably be less abrasive than this stuff. Dk where to go from here but now I may need to pay for a dermatologist just to help me try to recover from the worst skin I've ever had as a result of this product.

I have found my retinol holy grail! It's so gentle on my skin and makes it feel so soft and smooth.

Purchased on Jan. 10 and around May the smell changed, like rotten ground beef. I know Retinol goes bad quickly but dang! I'm not even halfway through the bottle. And the bottle has an 18 month shelf life. Disappointed that you get use so little of this expensive product.

I am 62 years old and I am developing horizontal neck lines. I have always taken care of my skin and use sunscreen regularly, so my neck lines are not super pronounced but they are there. Hydrates and brightens

I really like this serum. It has been working well on my skin. I use it at night by applying a small amount onto my skin after I clean my skin. It absorbs quickly and does not have irritate my skin. I like that it contains great ingredients and that it is gentle on my skin. It left my skin feeling hydrated, soft, smooth and look brighter. Gifted by First Aid Beauty.

Finally found a retinol I can use!

Tried mannnny retinols over the course of 3 years and this is the only one that doesn’t make my skin red, irritated and flaky. Does cause a bit of dryness when used nightly but that is to be expected.
